At Christ Covenant, we seek to minister to children on their level. While they are welcome to remain with you during any of our services, we also offer nursery care through age 2 as well as Sunday School classes for ages 3-12 during our corporate worship service on Sundays at 11:00 am.

In addition to regular Sunday school, we also host a Vacation Bible School (VBS) program each summer where kids get to learn more about Jesus in a fun and engaging way through games, crafts and Bible stories. It’s a great opportunity to invite neighborhood children and introduce them to the love of Christ!

Our goal is to see families live triumphantly and with confidence through their faith in Jesus Christ. We have two programs designed with this in mind for children from Kindergarten to 12th grade – Christian Rangers for boys and young men and Daughters of Virtue (DOVE) for girls and young women.

Christian Rangers

The Christian Rangers program is a Christ-centered, Bible-based church ministry for boys and young men in grades K-12.  The mission of Christian Rangers is to evangelize, equip and empower the next generation of Christ-like men and lifelong servant leaders.

The Christian Rangers ministry molds boys into men teaching them leadership and service skills.

Four Core Competencies

Christian Rangers focus on four core competencies:  The Bible, outdoor activities, sports and trade skills. Many activities involve earning merits, which are awards based on the development of skills in one or more of these core areas.

In Christian Rangers, boys and young men are challenged to embark on an adventure that requires them to participate actively. It is a spiritual journey that will forge their character and maximize their leadership potential.

To the uneducated eye, boys are just learning survival skills in the wilderness, playing sports,   but in the process, our mentors are intentional about laying biblical foundations of what it means to be a godly man.

Daughters of Virtue (DOVE)

The Daughters of Virtue (DOVE) program is a Christ-centered. Bible-based church ministry for girls and women in grades K-12.

The mission of DOVE is to evangelize, equip and empower the next generation of Christ-like women to develop their gifts and abilities.

DOVE provides an environment where girls and young women can build lifelong relationships with mentors who encourage them to be spiritual leaders.

DOVE meets periodically.
